Wonderful May 4, 2017
Reviewer: Melissa Fiori from Nederland, CO United States
I might have bought this ink on the strength of the name (and the beauty of the bottle) alone, but it stands up to repeated use. I am partial to dark-red browns as document ink. The color dries a very saturated, almost-purple brown. I I'm impressed by how little fade there is between the wet ink and the dry. For writers especially, this is a nice change from blacks and blues. I like especially how complex this shade is--not just "brown." I am definitely a De Atrementis convert.

Very Nice Ink May 27, 2016
Reviewer: Joseph Byrd from GREENEVILLE, TN United States
I enjoy this ink. To me, it is sort of a purple-brown. It could be a sepia color. I am a sucker for all of De Artamentis' named inks, and as a Shakespeare scholar, I wasn't going to pass this up.
