A deep dark purple, looks like a hit of black to give it that bold look.

I need black ink that's not really black May 28, 2017

This ink is also pretty dark. I will need to use a F nib to see if it will pass for black. It's not bad.

I like using demonstrators and prefer a variety of colors.
