Visconti Rembrandt Fountain Pen - Blue

The Rembrandt pen collection emulates the Renaissance chiaroscuro painting technique of contrasting light and dark shadows through the use of variegated resin for the caps and barrels. The cap features a magnetic closure and chrome trim band, engraved with ornamental motifs used by Rembrandt. The Visconti clip represents the historic Ponte Vecchio Bridge, and has a spring at the cap end to help the pen slide easily into your shirt pocket or pen case. This Visconti Rembrandt Blue fountain pen features a stainless steel nib in Fine, Medium, or Broad. A converter is included for use with bottled ink, and it also accepts 2 standard international short cartridges. The pen is presented in a standard Visconti gift box.

Visconti stainless nibs are no joke. June 28, 2017
Reviewer: Courtney from West Fargo, ND United States
This is my first Visconti. Needless to say I am way beyond impressed. It writes smoothly and for a medium nib a bit on the broader side. With their ink. I am not surprised that Visconti takes great pride in their products even their stainless nibs. It was one of the reasons I purchased the pen. If you are looking to take the leap into the brand and want to start with something a bit more affordable this the Visconti Rembrandt is a good start. The pen is not too light but isn't too heavy. I lean towards heavier pens but nothing about the weight of this one makes me regret my purchase. It is long enough to write without posting. The cap functions very nicely for a magnetic cap. Overall the pen looks very simple but the clip stands out nicely without being aggressive. It attracts enough attention to spark conversation but not steal the show. The grip section feels nice and their is pretty much no step to worry about. The center band on the cap has nice details on it. I highly recommend.

Stunning pen May 23, 2017
Reviewer: Carl Hackman from Miami, FL United States
I love this pen and it wrote straight out of the box with no adjustments necessary. I have seen reviews where there were initial problems with the steel nibs, but experienced none. I would say that I wish I could have bought an extra fine as the fine nib is definitely closer to a medium. This pen is will be my novel writing workhorse.

As you expect with Visconti, the finish of this pen is stunning; I just wish I could afford more of them. I have done a full review of the pen on my YouTube channel. I also mention the excellent service provided by Anderson Pens.

Visconti Rembrandt January 9, 2017

Nicely weighed pen. The best unmodified steel nibs I have ever used. The magnetic closure is a nice touch. Worth every penny.
